I downloaded the rip version. How do I install it? I unzipped the file and now the game files are in my downloads. I tried to click the game icon, and it tells me 'installation error'.

Installed great on macOS of all things XD I used Wineskin with the d3dx9_36 winetrick, Windows version set to Windows 95, copied in the rip version of the game, and used the included registry file to modify the Windows registry so that it thinks it installed correctly.

Me too. I had the demo back in 2000 and LOVED being launched from the cliffs back to the track! It looked epic when it went BOOM! and the camera zoomed out! I can't believe it's been over 18 years. I look retrospectively and can see and almost touch my past innocent self playing this. It's been a long time yet it almost feels too recent. God bless you all!
